Hi guys!
I've been looking around for "safe" ways to lose some fat given my age (16) and come to the conclusion that standard diet and exercise would be best. Apart from that, gaining muscle is important too
I can do around 30 push ups, 30 standard curl ups, and can't run to save my life unless I'm in a less variable environment like a treadmill, and even then I have trouble finishing a 10 minute mile.
Dually I'm 5'3 and kind of ashamed to say 170 pounds. But the way I figure it, the less of me I have to haul around the faster I'll run, the less weight I'll have to push up and the less of me I have to raise in curl ups.
What is the most weight I could lose (healthily) in 1-2 months, and how would I go about meeting that goal?
Thank you!
