hi everyone! i'm new here, just posted an intro thread.
i'd like to get your opinions on the following:
1. i don't own a scale. for my entire life, my mom has refused to buy one ("i'll know if i gain/lose weight by how my clothes fit" blah blah). the only time i know my weight is when i go to the doctor (which is rare). i've lost weight before without ever weighing myself, but it is harder for me to lose it now. do you think i will stay on a better track if i weigh myself regularly? how often do you weigh yourself?
2. i haven't seen any posts on using a rebounder. what do you all think about it?

edit: yeah, sorry, i guess i should have said what a rebounder is. here's one:
