Ick!!!! Need Help!!! - Updated pics! See page 3!!!

Ok, folks, I'm going to bite the bullett and post my pics. I have one frontal and one side. Please tell me your HONEST thoughts. I am a mom of 3, so part of the belly is from that. The hips I got from my mom, but I want to change all that.

You could lose some, but I can see that having three kids can make it hard to eat right and workout.

As far as the hips, those can be shaped with a weight regiment for that area, deadlifts, straight leg deadlifts, romainian deadlifts, etc. The belly will require losing body fat.

Anything else you want to know?

My problem is I don't have access to weights, so how can I fix my hips????

Ok, I just looked up deadlifts and I'm wondering if I can do those with my hand weights. Any thoughts?
 
Wendy, you rock! Here's some ideas:

A simple home workout routine is:

pushups
crunches
sissy squats
lunges

Buy 2 simple cheap idems:

jump rope
beginner yoga DVD


So you can do the:

4 workout moves (3 sets each, 10 - 15 per set)
jump rope (3 sets for 2 - 3 minutes each set)
yoge DVD (20 - 30 minutes)

This whole routine will take about an hour and give you an awesome full body workout. The yoga may also help slim the hips out. Wear a sweatshirt while you train.

Hey my wife is 5'0" weighs about 116 lbs, she is 35 and the mother of three as well.

She has the same shape and tummy like you, we call it the baby pouch....lol

Anyway, she is working out with me as well, doing cardio 2 times a week and weight training 3 times a week.

We have a bowflex so she is using that, plus some other routines as well. including taebo videos and Spinning.

She has been doing it for about 4 weeks now, and I must say, she is starting to look real good ;)

not sure if you are married and your hubby can help you out, but I know how tough it is with three rugrats, once we beat that second weak of....not going back to it, I think she is hooked into getting into shape for our visit to the Jersey Shore in 5 weeks.

If I have time I will post her pics before and after before w go on Vacation.

If you can get some dumbbells, some very good stuff is listed here


A couple sets of dbs would keep ya busy for a good amount of time.
 
I hope so. I can already see a diff in my legs, @$$ and arms. It's just the rest....lol and an FYI to all: I have done really well today with my protein!!! :)

from the side view, u actually look fine! i mean, i see nothing wrong with that body. from the front it looks like u have something like a beer belly but its not that bad either, especially since uve had 3 kids. im not the best person who'd know but i think u just should work on making ur stomach flatter and thats pretty much it. i dont know what u can do, sit ups or whatever. but dont worry, ive seen worse than bad bodies. and urs isnt even bad ;)

:eek: Thanks. I'm just trying to lose overall fat and to slim out my belly. God, I hate the pooch! LOL I suck it in as often as I can - which is 24/7 lol - and when I do that, it actually looks like I have a pretty good 6-pack started and and it looks really good. It's when I don't suck in that I look like crap. LOL

I'm hopefully attaching a pic of me from a few mos ago, but I was sucking in...u can see my abs pretty well.....
