Hi, I'm a 32 year old 6' male I currently weigh 223. A lot of that has become muscle and I prefer not to dip below 220. I started counting calories and working out regularly about mid July (about 3-4 times a week, cardio+weight training). So far I've lost about 20 pounds and really toned up my legs, shoulders, chest and arms. My problem is the the 'ole spare tire- it just wont go away. Over the last two months I've shifted to focused training on my upper and lower abs and obliques, but I'm just not having success there no matter how hard I try. Not sure what else do, if there's something else I can change. It's really dissapointing to see these great changes happening everywhere else except my stomach. Thanks for any tips you have.
