I would like some help

I joined this forum and am writing here because I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.

I am 5'6" tall man, 190 pounds, and 23 years old. I'm finally sick of my belly and am ready to get into better shape.

I can't afford a gym membership or weights, so I'm looking for exercises and tips that I can use in my own apartment that don't really require a lot of extra stuff besides my body.

Also, I don't really know anything about exercise, so try to explain things in the simplest terms. :)

All that I want is a healthier looking body. I'm not interested in a body that I have to go to the gym 5 days a week to maintain. I don't have the time for that.

I've finally reached the point that change is less painful that staying the same.
