Hi, im 18 and im 5'6, and weighs around 190, i know i have low metabolism. i want to loose my weight but i don't know where to start with losing weight, in fact, i don't eat a lot, most of my carbs etc comes from sodas so i start to drinking juices and water from now on, and eating healthy. My dad was a very big guy and still is; he is about 6'4 and weighs 255. I don't really know where to start as far as exercising and weight loss, I was hoping you guys could provide some help. Is any prescriptions will be help full for me?my Please post any help you can, I'll try anything to cut of my weight, but if i lost 20 pounds even id be happy. Thanks
