Hi, im 18 and im 5'6, and weighs around 190, i know i have low metabolism. i want to loose my weight but i don't know where to start with losing weight, in fact, i don't eat a lot, most of my carbs etc comes from sodas so i start to drinking juices and water from now on, and eating healthy. My dad was a very big guy and still is; he is about 6'4 and weighs 255. I don't really know where to start as far as exercising and weight loss, I was hoping you guys could provide some help. Is any prescriptions will be help full for me?my Please post any help you can, I'll try anything to cut of my weight, but if i lost 20 pounds even id be happy. Thanks​

when you say you "know" you have a low matabolism, what exactly do you mean? :)

not eating enough is sometimes a reason for weight gain, if you can, post up what a typical food day might be for you, and we can make some suggestions on how you can improve it.

You say most of your carbs come form sodas?, youve already made a great step by cutting them out, i would replace them with water mostly, juices although healthier than sodas, have a high number of cals and natural sugars. id choose milk(1% or skim)over juice anyday

As far as a starting point, cardio is a big part of weight loss together with diet and resistance training(lifting weights)youll loose weight. cardio 5/6x's a week+some sort of resistance at least 3x's a week(just a suggestion)

IMHO dont do the diet pills, they're not healthy or safe, most are diuretics where they deplete your body of water(you pee allot :p )and you loose water weight not any actuall fat. or they have stimulants in them that can cause serious side effects.
