I weigh 360lbs

Trust me its never easy switching a calorie intake such as yours.. and reducing it down to all healthy foods.. but if your problem now is loss of appetite.. you can tough it out.. Feed your body what it needs to keep your metabolism moving during the day by gettin yourself to eat 6-8 meals a day.. This seems like alot.. but when you get down to it.. its some fish and a veggie.. peice of chicken veggie.. could even be a protein shake.. Either way in order for us to help you.. you have to want it to happen. You have to do the hard work and sacrifice.. but were here to guide you into the right direction.
