If you want to reduced your weight exercise must be very important and do not eat fatty food like burger,chips and same things.Morning walk and jogging is good for healthy life style.
 
This is a list of body weight exercises you can do anywhere. It's not my website, so I'm not pushing it for any reason beyond it being a good list.
 
Weight loss is the aim of millions of people across the world. Lots of people are dying to look like the celebrities we see on television or look like our hot best friend. Striving to look healthy is a good goal. We should all aim to look healthy. Looking healthy is achieved through eating the right kind of foods.
