I am ricky ans I recently joined this website and i want some help from you for lose my weight because i am 130 kg ,so provide the some help. I am waiting for response.

If you are trying to lose weight you may follow some tips which is very helpful to lose weight

• Always take healthy diet like fresh vegetables and fruits.
• Regular exercise is very important for weight loss and it makes you fit.
• Keep away from junk food and do not take high calorie food.
• After breakfast, make water your primary drink.
• Maintain a food diary with you and write down how much calories you eat.
• Eat five or six small meals a day instead of three large meals.
