I want to know if I'm still on the right track

So far I've lost close to 30 lbs in the last few months and I'm about half way to where I want to be. I'm 22, female, 5'8", and weigh 199 lbs. My body fat percentage is roughly 31.83%. I work a mostly sedentary job unless we get very busy and in that case I'm lifting and moving boxes for a few hours, but I'm usually sitting at a computer. When at home, I rarely sit down, I'm either int he kitchen cooking or doing laundry or some sort of cleaning. I go to the gym 6 days a week. I do light cardio 4 days for about 35 minutes burning approx. 350 calories, and do HIIT for 15 minutes followed by light cardio for another 30 minutes two days a week, and also about 20-30 minutes of weight training on machines on the 4 days that I do light cardio. I eat about 1400-1700 calories per day, and I try to have a ratio of 25% fat, 25% protein and 50% carbs but it's usually more protein and less carbs. I eat a lot of lean meats and brown rice and complex carbs and no fast food or soda, and I drink like 4 16 oz bottles of water a day at least. I also have about 30-40 grams of protein directly after my work outs. I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right, I just wanted some tips from you guys if you have an suggestions to help me out. I'm losing about 1 lb a week, I'd like it to be maybe 2? It just seems really slow for all the hard work I've been putting in.

have you been doing the exact same workout for the past few months or have you slowly been increasing? Also were you eating the same amount of calories when you started? I think sometimes you need to switch it up and shock the body to get it losing more again. I bet at the beginning you were losing more than a pound a week.
Sometimes over time we become less focused on calorie counting and make estimates instead of getting out the measuring cup and actually measuring - maybe just make sure your counting accurately. Also if you started off eating 1400 - 1700 a day maybe it's time to lower it to 1300 - 1600 a day.
Just my ideas - I'm no expert. Keep it up though because you've done so well up until now and you don't want to get discouraged! 1 pound a week is still good and you should be proud of that! I understand the hard work it takes though - hang in there!
