I Want to know how many calories im burning with this rutine?

Well hi i just recently change a bit my routine i was going to the gym doing weights and cardio but i have move to canada and its winter now and right now i cant affort the gym moneywise and timewise, so i decided to do excersice at home, i wanted to know how many calories im burning, i have been doing excersice for a 2 moths i wasn't fat but i had a big beer belly that i have get rid off a lot except for that spot below the belly button that it seems to be unbeatable, so i wanted to know if this rutine will help me with this ?

INFO:
-age:23
-height:171 cms
-weight:68.5 kgs

Exercise:
-Im running up and down a 12 steps flight of stairs 4 sets of 15 times (going up and down count as 1),when i going down i touch every step and when i go up I run putting my feet in every other step(2 by 2), I start every set with push ups 15 reps, and end them as well with push ups 15 time mix with 15 jumping jacks every 2 sets.
-after this Im doing 4 sets of 10 rep in an excersice bar in my door the first set i do it with my hand open to the distance of my shoulders and liftinng my legs at the same time, then the second set i do it with my hands in the middle of the bar topgether and also lifting my legs, the third i do it with my hand looking forward and the last one its the same as the fisrt. , and between every set push ups.
Break down:

1rst part(this takes me arround 25 min to do)
- 4 sets 15 reps going up and down 12 steps stairs
- 8 sets of push ups 15 reps each(4 sets are incline push, 4 are normal parallel to the ground)
-2 sets of jumping jacks 15 each


2nd part
-4 sets of 10 reps in the bar
-4 sets of 15 reps decline push ups

Im doing this 4-5 days a week

PS: Im doing also a diet!! not a professional diet , I mean, trying to eat no bad food and more salads and healthy i stop drinking beer

FOOD:
-cereal with skim milk or two eggs , and an apple with either for breakfast
-eat and granola bar like when i feel like hungry and apples
-i not having lunch cause of my schedule i can really have only de granola bars
-and for dinner Im having salad with Italian seasoning, Steak with white rice and avocato
-im also takinf some vitamins for supplement

Any real answers yet? if some body can give me an average of the calories im burning wouth be of great help ,and/or if my rutine will do something for me like this ?

What you have to do is go online and find how many calories each exercise burns, and add it all up. What you're asking might take about an hour to find all the info you need. I'm glad to help, but I can't answer every question that would take me that long to search.
