I want to gain muscle lose fat

I am currently on the JV football team and it is summer and i want to gain a large amount of muscle and lose the fat around my chest and stomach area. I am 5 '9 1/2 and weigh around 150 lbs. I play linebacker and i want to become huge so i can get the starting position and tear people apart. The football season is almost starting and i workout 3 times a week but i need a more effective workout plan to gain muscle quick and burn fat. Can someone please help me.

try eating 6 mealsz a day each about half a regular meal, quit junk food EAT BREAKFAST because otherwise your bdy believes it's starving and stores fat, also try drinking protein shakes to replace only one of your snack to promote muscle growth and make sure you do low reps with high weights, and DONT over exercise it will make you lose muscle as it burns to creat more energy than fat, plus fat keeps you warmer, drink lots of water i drink about 4 pints a day but i'm just a little fella, so erm yeh... follow those guidelines and thats what most of the people here woould tell you, it what they told me and it's working so far... according to my girlfriend :)
