You mentioned in some of your prior forum posts that you eat a lot of unprocessed foods, fresh fruits and veggies. If you are eating nutritious foods and you are still physically hungry, eat. Your body knows exactly how much to eat (especially if you are not eating processed foods, you are likely very in tune with your hunger and satiety cues). It just may mean that during your cycle, you may need certain or extra nutrients. Honor that.
If you feel you are eating from emotional hunger (bored, want a reward, or seek comfort), there's a feeling driving that urge, sit with the feeling for a few moments and see what comes up for you. If it's stress or anxiety, sit a while longer (those are cover emotions, beyond which are feelings of anger, sadness or frustration) - those feelings will lead to a thought, when you get to the thought you can question it's validity and/or value. You can also choose to sit with a feeling without eating - you will get through the feeling with or without food as feelings are finite (they have a beginning, middle and end). However, finding the thought and dissolving is very powerful.
