I want to build the right way.

Ok, First of all. When you say eat more calories, Does it matter how many carbs I have to? I meen is it ok if I have alot of calories but allotta of those calories have carbs in them? Secondly, what should I do for working out? Is upper body twice a week and lower body twice a week ok? I am really afraid of gaining fat back if I eat more calories.
 
You are inevitably going to gain some fat back by eating more calories, however, otherwise you won't be able to build muscle effective. Once you've bulked you can go through a cutting period to get rid of the fat you've gained.

The workout design is up to your own convience and focus, plan it according to how it would work for you best, there's no set or single way you have to follow.
 
ok, im gonna just eat the extra calories then cut after I get big. I've got a routine that works. I'll get back with you guys in 6 months! haha.
