I'm feeling low now. I've been trying to lose weight for the longest time and the problem with me is determination. I am weak-willed, have no self control and I can't seem to stick to whatever I decide. And so very recently I gained 2kgs, it should be the midnight eating.

I planned my day well but never carry it out the way I want it to go. Everything planned, nothing executed. And everytime I come across people who successfully lost weight, I ask myself time and again, why can't I be like them.

I should do something about myself. But the question is, what?
 
Its going to take a lot of positive thinking to keep your motivation to lose weight so I'm going to suggest some positive affirmations. I suggest this to patients that are stuggling with physical therepy. They think they can't do it, but I say they can if they believe they can. So when you are feeling down and want to eat, tell youself that you can do this, you can lose the weight and avoid the snacks. You are worth the effort. If midnight snacking is a big problem, try going to bed earlier so you are asleep at midnight instead of eating. And when you feel weak, log on to this site and look for support.

My best advice is dont start out with 'the perfect plan' start small, eat a healthy breakfast, or take the stairs instead of the elevator. then once that becomes a habit change something else, like less soda and more water, or parking the car father so you have to walk more. You will be amazed how little things help.
