AI'm 17, 5'1-5'2, and weigh 176-180,I haven't been able to weigh these last few days(I had a concussion that prevented me from excersizing, but before that I maintained 174 for about three years.) My dad doesn't cook, so at his house we eat out at every meal. My mom is poor, so at her house healthy food is hard to come by(and yet she still buys snacks. T_T)I'm also on Seroquel and Celexa, but I'm working on weaning them off. I guess I managed to maintain my weight for so long because I bike or walk almost daily(I really enjoy biking)After the concussion, I went on a diet of less than 1200 calories a day to lose the extra that I had gained, but today that stops, because I want to go beyond that little extra, and get to a healthy weight. I have an app that works as a food diary, so I've been using it these last couple of days. I'm going to ask my dad to renew our gym memberships.
