I want my beach body back!!!

Hey.
I'm a 23 year old girl from England.
I'm 5'8 in height.
Today I weighed myself and the scale read: 182lbs.
13 stone exactly.

My short term goal weight is to reach 165lbs so that I am a "healthy" B.M.I.

I weighed 14stone (196lbs) the last time I weighed myself so I've lost a little bit of weight over the past few months by increasing my activity levels and trying to eat less crap.

I was 149lbs this time last year so it's kind of gutting to be back at the top end of my weight range. But.. since I've lost weight before, I know I can do it again.

I plan to carefully control my calorie intake. I intend to eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. I'm on my feet most of the day as a teacher at work and I work out at the gym a couple of times a week.

If anyone wants to buddy up, I'd love that.

the beach is such a wonderful place...but it can suck when you feel you're being judged badly in your bikini, or if you're comparing yourself to others that you feel look better than you...i've been there. good luck with everything! depending on your body shape, i'm thinking you could definitely get back down to 149, or even smaller! i know it's hard not to eat terribly, or too much (especially late at night) and to continue to be motivated. i find that watching tv or reading magazines with beautiful thin celebrities helps...or looking at a lingerie catalogue or something. some people think it's discouraging and makes them depressed, but it inspires me!

Gladly support you and root you on ! Please do the same. I just want to fell ok about putting shorts on this year! I have roughly 28 pounds to go till my goal weight. Staying motivated is the key and it's definately NOT easy so the more help the better!!
