I want D CUPS!!!

Jk. I was wondering if you could suggest some exercises to build my Pecs? I'm currently doing bench press and dips for chest. Thanks a lot.

Thanks for the advice. I got a question though. Where should my grip be to work my chest more on the barbells? Close grip, reg. grip, or wide?

When you are bench pressing, try to bend the bar in half with your hands. It's as if you are trying to touch your fists together. It will recruit your pecs on a completely different level.

Hit out ten to twenty sets of 5 reps once a week and your pecs will be HUGE!

^^He gives this advice to everyone, and it's because it works great (I read it the first time, and have done it ever since)

Im shocked and amazed that I just learned somthing new or at least I forgot about it and was reminded, which is the whole reason Im on this site, thanks for that. Also where did you find that out? was it here? http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/progressive6.htm

i read it in Beyond BodyBuilding by Pavel Tsatsouline....theres a reason why I tell everyone to bend the bar in half and its because it works, thats the same reason why i always recommend Pavel's books, especially Beyond BodyBuilding, it is THE lifting book. It's not just a book that lists the exercises, it lists things like why you don't usually want to squat for more than six reps because the intra abdominals (the real muscles that stabilize the spine) have little endurance and it's been tested and proven that after 6 heavy squats they stop working and the risk of back injury is increased. Thanks for the support mreik.

Naa, do all the benching on one day, if hypertrophy is what you want (muscle growth). Give it a few weeks and if you feel like you can, add another bench press session on thursday or friday and then lay off sat and sunday.

technicailly bending away from you would break it in half too, but that is good advise. i like it. you dont htink 20 sets of 5 reps in one day is overtraining?

no more than twenty...you should be working with 80% of your 5 rep max, don't be surprised if you can only muster out 5 solid sets, once your form starts to go, stop
