Hey, I always seem to start diets and never finish them! I last about 3 hours and give up! But it's all finally catching up now cos I seem to be expanding rather heavily! Te He, I weigh about 10 stone, 7 lbs which is about 147 pounds, I'm around 5 foot 6.
My target is to weigh 9 stone (126lbs) again! I want a toned body as well more than anything! Iwant:
Flat, toned stomach,
Smaller thighs!
Arms and back toned
Perkier boobs!
I am willing to work for this, I'm planning to go to Oz in July and would love to have achieved this by then! If anyone has any ideas what so ever regarding diet, excercise and general tips please tell me!
