I wanna ship to Bootcamp by June

DAY 1

I feel like I had a good day today.
Breakfast - Oatmeal w/Blueberries and Skim Milk, Wheat english muffin
w/ peanutbutter

Lunch - Chicken noodle soup and 4 crackers

Snack - carrot sticks and 100% fruitjuice juice box(shoulda heard my kids)

Dinner - Pork and Chicken in Wheat rice with celery, carrots, snow peas,bean sprouts, all pan fried in 2tbl. spoons of sesame oil

Desert - 4 pineapple rings in 100% fruit juice no sugar added

I also measured from here to the end of my street is just over 1/4 mile

so today I streached real good then jogged to the end of the street,

then walked back, jogged down again and walked back for 1mi total!!

Man could I feel the cigarettes still :( Thank God that part of my life is over!!!

No Soda or Haloween Candy and plenty of water and iced-tea

Well off to bed and we'll do it again tomorrow

Day 2

Breakfast-Oatmeal w/ skim milk and splenda

Snack- 1apple

Lunch 1 chickenbreast grilled in a salad of lettuce and carrots
with 2tbl spoons of lite Ranch dressing

Snack 1apple

Dinner- Sweedish meatballs
93% lean beef low-fat mushroom soup and skim milk over wheat noodles

Dessert 3 of the best chocolate chip cookies ever wife makes em (went back for 2 more) for a total of 5 cookies :(

no soda and no halloween candy
plenty of tea and water

Walked a little over a mile tonite too!

To answer the about me im 33yrs old male
6'2" and 315lbs.
I'll Know exactly after my meeting with my recruiter tomorrow but I'm guessing somewhere around 65-75 lbs to lose.
 
Day-3

Dessert NOTHING NADA NOT EVEN 1 Chocolate Chip!!!! :)

Snack 1 bananna and a bottle of water

walked about 2 miles tonite ( got the wife to go too)
25 sit-ups this morning
1 push-up (harder than I remember) :)
Signed up for a P.E. class at the college Weight training and Personal strength building should be fun
 
Sounds like you are off to a great start! With your goal and determination, I don't think you'll have too much trouble knocking off the pounds. Glad your wife is getting in on the health action, too... much nicer to exercise with a partner.

Congratulations on quitting smoking AND showing your sweet tooth who is in charge!:smash:
