I wanna loose weight!!!

I have tried soooo many diets and no success. Atkins, soup, no salt .......
I consider myself to eat daily a very balanced meal but somehow i'm overweight.
I don't exercise but I don't think that that's a reason to gain weight.
I'm 72kg atm, and I want to be around 60kg.

I honestly don't know why I am fat, I don't eat fast food, mostly vegeatables, salad at lunch, I don't eat between meal times ..... The only thing is "no exercise".

I want a strict diet that I can follow. I don't mind eating soup or broth for a whole week for example [although i know it's not healthy and the lost weight will be gained, it's just an example].

Please advice me on the best diet for me !!!

The diet that I used which is really not a diet, its a lifestyle change. Is Body For Life. Search it in Google. The gist of it is 6 small meals a day, one portion of protein and one portion of carbs per meal. Exercise 6 days a week. One free day to eat whatever and however much you want.

In order to lose weight you have to be active in some way. Most people work out 5 to 6 days a week.
