Hi. Im new to this forum.

Im an Aussie Guy.
34 years old.
5 foot 7.
78 kgs.

12 weeks ago i started exersising for the first time in several years.
12 weeks ago i weighed 84.5 kgs.
Today, I weigh, 76.5 kgs.

my diet has consisted of - generally eating low calorie foods and fish, chicken, beef, yoghurt, eggs, plenty of fruits and vegeatbles and plenty of water.

Anything i eat, i make sure is low in caloroes as possible.

my exersise has consisted of - power walking on a treadmill for 70 minutes a session,

3 times a week for the first 8 weeks,

and now in the last additional 4 weeks,

I have been power walking on a treadmill for

70 minutes a session, 4 (FOUR) times a week.

so, i do the treadmill 4 times per week for 70 mins a session.
I walk generally at 6 kilomoters and hr on an average incline of 13 (15 is the highest)

I guess - i wanted to share this information and see if other people could offer some thoughts as to what they think so far and if they have any tips on how i can best loose more fat on my gut and chest. (weight.)

My goal is to loose more weight on the whole body and mostly the GUT (stomach).

I have a "beer" like gut but dont drink any beer/alcohol.

thes rest of my body is normal/not overweight.

The fact that i have lost 8.00 kgs so far is GREAT but i still feel like its taking longer that expected??

It is important that you know - i will not do any form of weights.

All I care about is "cardio". This i my choice.

I will do weights down the track but at this point, my only option is using the treadmill or bicycle. I really dont want to do sit ups and all that as well.

So - i guess i want any advice on - knowing if i am on the right track to keep doing what i am doing - or if i should go to 5 days a week or decreas my calorie intake even more. etc.

and - for the fact that i dont want to do weights or sits ups etc - does this mean i wont keep loosinhg weight much - or more so that - i will lose weight but it will take longer if i just keep using treadmill alone?

etc

8 kg (17.6 lb) in 13 weeks is a very respectable rate. I wouldn't change a thing. You are only about 4 kg overweight, so you should be good in just a month or two.

If you want to lose weight faster, you have to increase the calorie deficit, either by eating less calories or by burning more during exercise.
