I usually eat a Large Pizza on Weekends!!!

I usually eat a Large Pizza on Weekends... I started this week to eat healthy AGAIN... and I've been doing pretty good, but the weekend is coming and I'm kinda nervous because I usually eat a lot during the weekend... order pizza, I usually eat a whole Large Pizza by myself... and the next day I'll probably order food..

Any ideas?!?!??!

You will have to focus on finding something else that will replace the PIZZA. something healthier and something that you can still ENJOY. You know your tastes better than anyone.
 
I make home made pizza. Buy the base and add my own fresh toppings, much less calories :)

Could you get someone to share the pizza with you, or at least get a smaller size?

Like charles said, ultimately you really want to replace the pizza with something. My boyfriend and I used to be in the habit of almost religiously ordering pizza every weekend, but then we just started doing other things instead. You just have to break the routine. Not to say you cant ever have pizza again, just save it as a treat.
 
This is going to sound like dumb advice but here it goes:

Don't buy it. Force yourself not to buy. Put it in your mind that you're not going to throw away another second of your life to being fat and absolutely forbid yourself from buying it.

I had to do that with chocolate about 9 months ago--and while the first time was rough, the second time was little easier....and now I can have the occasional chocolate bar and still maintain control.

Again: Just don't buy it. You'll get through the weekend without it--I know you will. :)
 
I'm with Kaitie on this one. If you can't control yourself enough to stick to one or two slices, then don't order it.

If you really wanted to, you could make a healthier, yummy pizza at home for waaayyy less calories. Very thin crust, lowfat cheese, veggies on top instead of greasy meat.

Think about it. You know how bad it is, so keep it out of sight for a while.
 
Yeah i think that if you cannt deal with a slice of pizza dont buy it, and if yorue not gonna make it yourself, go and maybe order something more healthy..WHo says healthy cannt be good. Since sometimes you cannt really count out take out food, because of time, Ive become a wrap person...lol..everyplace i order now has a wrap, delicious ones, just make sure no to add the the mayo...lol...good luck
 
Go to the store and spend a few bucks on veggies and protein. take the leftover cash that would have been devoted to your pizza and save it or spend it on something like a magazine or DVD. Hope this helps!
 
Try it for 30 days

I read an article by Steve Pavlina that says you can give anything up if you vow not to do/have it for 30 days.

I vowed to give up dairy products on Wednesday, April 4, but ate bean and cheese burritos on the 9th. Usually I give up after only 2 days so ... yay?

Anyway,

Apparently, at the end of 30 days you want to set a record for how long you can go without the thing you gave up for 30 days - and then the habit is broken.

The weekends are hard. I hope you find something to replace your pizza weekend treat :)
 
You can also check on the net the cals... But I have a 12 every day with pizza sauce and the rest veggies and the veggies are 0 for me and so is the pizza sauce a 12 inc is like a 9-10 points for me and i can have 30 points a day with weight watchers so it's just a good deal for me but its up to you i can tell you that a hole pizza would be around 50 points for you so even a 12 inc is a good change :)
