This is my first Journal Entry so bare with me because I'm not so sure on how to use the Journal.
Anyways here's for todays accomplishments. Today was an ok day as for as exercise and diet goes that is all until the end of the day when I had a ceat meal. It was so bad now I sound worse then one of those anorexic models. I swear I beat myself up so much over things. I have a good reason though.
I want to get good looking abs plain and simple I already have great arms and legs do to Hung Gar at least my girlfriend says so, but it's the abs I have such a hard time with. I know that diet is key. I don't count calories because I recently got off of a caloric restricted diet that I was on for a while which caused me to binge eat way too much. I do eat plenty of food though. I just don't count calories anymore. I eat till I'm full enough I ussually don't binge eat as much as I use to, but I eat only healthy stuff like plenty of veggies and protein like lean meats, protein powder, etc. I also get my essential fatty acids in throught Smart Balance peanut butter, olive oil and what not. The only time I eat whole grains is on days I practice Hung Gar. Which is an hour or two before practice. I also have been eating plain nonfat yogurt and drinking skim or 1% milk. I've also been taking two green tea extract pills a day.
The rest of my body is great I just need to get rid of the fat that's on my abs it seems that it comes so easy for so many other people, but not for me. I really just wanna look good for the summer for once I wanna not be afraid to take off my shirt and I want to impress my girlfriend for once. Right now I'm just so upset that I can't even go a week without giving in.
