Hi everybody! As you can see by my title I thought I was all alone. I really want to make a good efort at getting back into shape. I'm 30, 6'6" about 255 not so good looking pounds. My goal of course is to lose about 30 pounds and tone up. I have started exercise programs in the past but work always seemed to get in the way. Now I'm in a position that allows me the flexibility to workout regularly and I'm going to do it! Both of my parents died from heart disease at a young age (60) and I don't want that to happen to me. I remember that days when I had 4% body fat and to tell you the truth I sorta miss them. I don't necessarilly want to get back down to 4% but I would love to see my abs again and be able to take my shirt off at the beach. It's been at least 7 years since I've done that. My ultimate goal is to get in good enough shape to join one of the local semi-pro football teams here in Las Vegas. I know I have alot of miles ahead of me but I'm ready for it. If anybody has any suggestions on workout programs or specific exercises I'm all eyes and ears.
