Hello!! I guess I am going to start one of these to help me out a bit!! I mean I have a blog but I don't really talk about weight loss, just my random happenings and thoughts haha!!

So this can be about my weight loss then. I am doing weight loss the 'hard' way, in other words, eating healthily and normally (no dieting please) maybe a bit of calorie counting and denying myself things I KNOW I don't need, but just normal healthy eating way!! And moving more, because I don't know about you but I spend most of my time on my arse infront of the PC!! I need to exercise more and snack less!!

This is just a introduction at the moment, I will do a proper post tonight!! I am looking forward to keep it going! :hurray:
 
Hi! Good for you for doing it the harrrrd way! I guess the good thing is the hard road becomes easy after a while.. and then you're coasting! :)
 
Hey! good luck, I know exactly what you mean about sitting in front of the PC/TV all day! To be honest, I think food wise you've got the right idea! I've tried loads of diets and they all work short term then I lose interest. This way its not really a diet it just being sesnible and the odd treat doenst kill!
 
It may seem hard now, but it's also the "realistic" and "sustainable" way! Hang out on the forum enough and you'll get some good tips on how to make it easier for you. Good luck!
