suffering a "burn-out". I've been working on weight loss since early spring and lately it seems so tough to stick with it. For a while, it was smooth sailing and I had tremendous will-power, BUT, lately (though I am still sticking with it) I feel like I am getting "bored" with it or something.
I want to keep working at it so bad, and I'm not giving up, but I have this "frustrated" feeling. I even took a "cheat" day to see if that would help but it didn't. Anyone ever go through this?
I've walked my treadmill everyday with lots of encouragement, now I look at it and DREAD even getting on it? What's wrong with me??????????????????
