It's something that I completely forgot about and my sister reminded me of it. I was tested for food allergies when I was young and found that most fruits were not good for me to eat. But also I was allergic to Gluten. I went back and looked at everything I've been eating and almost EVERYTHING I ate has gluten. So I can only assume that is the reason I am not really losing like I should be. What do yall think?
