I Require Assistance In Boot Camp Plan For Next Week Please

Next week (starting Monday the 24th of January) I plan on giving myself a 5-day boot-camp standard work out. I only plan on this to give me a kick start. I have been dieting for a few months, and am 30kg/66lb away from my target weight. My diet has been pre-determined for me (a parent has given me a menu to stick to which I will stick to as it is all foods that I liek and portions already planned).

I do not have access to a gym, instead I am training in my room (at university) and can go out running, which is very difficult due to very poor stamina. The equipment I have in my room:
  • Barbel for bicep curls.
  • Barbel for tricep extensions.
  • Two Dumbel bars.
  • 45kg/99lb of discs compatible with all of above.
  • 9kg/19.8lb kettlebell.
  • 8kg/17.6lb medicine ball (with the two handles).
  • 5-spring chest expander.
  • 6-second abs machine.
  • Bodi-Tek Elite 2 with belt.
  • Boxing gloves and pads.
  • 1.25kg/2.75lb ankle weights (weight per ankle)

* I would appreciate readers to review the following exercises and perhaps give me some pointers towards building work-out schedules to let me burn as many calories as possible every day.
  • Stair sprints (up 3 floors at a time).
  • "Bob and Weave" holding the kettlebell in my hands as a guard.
  • Jumping Squats.
  • Crunch, then reverse crunch as one count.
  • Ghost Skipping
  • Plank, front and sides.
  • Roof Punch (lay on back on floor, punching with one hand up to the ceiling as fast as possible holding the kettlebell for a set time frame, then using the opposite hand, only my legs can't move, hopefully works my upper body).

*I have the following supplements, would these be useful durign the bootcamp?
  • Creatine Bombs (1g Creatine to 1g Dextrose).
  • Fitness Authority 'LipoBurn'.
  • Slimming Patches(Fucus Vesivulosus, works by boosting thyroid gland by adding iodine ot the body).

Feel free to use me as a guinea pig for any techniques you have been considering, I am willing to try anything.
