Next week (starting Monday the 24th of January) I plan on giving myself a 5-day boot-camp standard work out. I only plan on this to give me a kick start. I have been dieting for a few months, and am 30kg/66lb away from my target weight. My diet has been pre-determined for me (a parent has given me a menu to stick to which I will stick to as it is all foods that I liek and portions already planned).
I do not have access to a gym, instead I am training in my room (at university) and can go out running, which is very difficult due to very poor stamina. The equipment I have in my room:
* I would appreciate readers to review the following exercises and perhaps give me some pointers towards building work-out schedules to let me burn as many calories as possible every day.
*I have the following supplements, would these be useful durign the bootcamp?
Feel free to use me as a guinea pig for any techniques you have been considering, I am willing to try anything.
