I really would like advice

on what to do to curb my appetite/snacking desire while at work.

When I am at home, I am busy and always on the go and never hungry. When I am in my office all day just sitting I feel such hunger pains. I do eat healthy and try to drink even more water at work but it just doesn't seem to be working.

How can I get rid of my office hunger feelings?!

What do you, when are you eating it? etc.

Eat small meals throughout the day. 4-5 meals that contain BOTH a protein and a carb. That is the trick. Not really a trick though.

Watch your sugar levels. We feel hungry when our body is in need of sugar.

If you have lots of free time at work, find a hobby to fill that time. Lift weights. Yes, keep a pair of weights under your desk :) or bands.

Read. Do crossword puzzles. Write your daily goals down. Write in a journal. Talk to co-workers thare are bored :)

Try making a salad the day before (just a medium one) and keep it in a fridge and when you get hungry snack on that it fills u up more than you would think :) works for me :)
