Hello, you can call me by my username. I'm a 14 year old male. I'm quite tall for my age and i am currently 74 kilos/kg.

I was previously around 95 kilos but had my journey on loosing weight and yes, it was a success. I got hospitalized last year due to complications with my pancreas and liver. The doctors told me i really had to loose weight because it was affecting my health a lot. I've lost about 21 kilos. They told me i didn't need to keep loosing weight as I'm already fine since I'm tall.

But do have some fears about gaining my weight again though. Yesterday, i overate and i felt really full. The next morning i woke up, i felt like I have gained weight. My shoulders were kind of a lot bigger, and in general, my body. I don't really know how i gained weight just by overeating for a day?

I really don't wanna gain weight, if possible, i just want to maintain it. Is it possible that my weight changes temporarily everyday? I don't really know. Did i really gain weight or is it just weight fluctuation?

You'll be fine, just don't make over eating a regular thing. Try to eat healthy for the most part. I've had the same thing happen to me more than once and it's like a feeling of being bloated. You should be back to normal in a day or 2 as long as you don't over stuff yourself again. Tis the holiday season, dude I ate almost 2 pounds of chocolate in 2 days. It's clean eating for me for the next few days now.

I suggest from my own experiences that overeating was a result, not a cause. Your overeating can be looked at as simply wanting to feel good and eating usually makes feel good, at least while we are doing it.

My experience is: when I feel the urge to indulge in excess food is to realize I am seeking pleasure. The focus should be on the issue of seeking pleasure. Eating causes a change in our brain chemistry that creates feelings of pleasure. What you are seeking is pleasure not food, food just happens to be a convenient way to feel pleasure.

Experiment with ways to bring yourself pleasure. Whatever causes you to feel good is an effective substitute for food.

I love sharing this outlook that has already helped a number of my clients and friend to break the grip of Food For Pleasure which is the root of overeating and binging. Just find another pleasure when the urge strikes and be in control of your life.
