i need to lose weight badly! HELP!

hello! i'm a teenager from singapore. i'm only fifteen. not overweight but going to be. i came across this site and thought i could get somebody to help and get me going to lose weight. i also have no motivation!

hello! hmm, i'm nearly overweight. and i am having problems losing weight! i've lost 10kg once but since then i've stayed there.
