I need to gain mass, and fast

I'm 15 years old, almost 16, and I’m 5'6 about 125lbs. I play wide receiver for football and i would like to be able to gain a lot of mass, preferably upper body and i want bigger biceps. My goal by Christmas is 150 or more. Is this possible or am i asking too much in that amount of time? Oh, and also, i really can’t seem to gain weight, i packed on 5 lbs over the summer but other than that I’ve weighed the same since like 8th grade (i’m currently in 10th). Any help is hugely appreciated.

My goal is actually the same, to get to at least 150 pounds by Christmas. Luckliy i'm 132 so i'm a bit closer than you, but yes it's possible, you'll just have to eat a LOT. About 1000 calories over your maintenance, so you should be gaining about 2 pounds a week. You'll have to really stick with it though, just take it day by day. Use fitday.com to track your calories, it's helped me to realize how many calories i'm burning and eating throughout the day.

As for training, look through the forums and i'm sure you'll find a good routine. Although you want a big upper body, don't forget to train your legs! It's said if you don't, you could be hindering your results by 50%. Also make sure you train everything, otherwise you'll look lopsided. lol

thanks biggie, also, i can currently max out at what i weigh-125, but when getting to 150, id like to be able to lift around 175, more than i weigh... But yeah scince ive joined ive been going through the forums and searching. And heres a question, if i eat alot of calories, wouldnt i get kinda chubby? im probably at most 2% body fat, and i like my 6 pack.

check out muscle milk, have like 3 a day, then you should be cool....you can make it...and haha thats mainly my goal too....oh and do your deadlifts and squats.
