i need to flatten my belly!

i'm 13 years old and i'm 5ft. and i weigh 100 pounds. wut is wierd is that my arms are skinny and my legs are skinny and the rest of my body except my belly. it dosen't fit with the rest of my body.so can u tell me how to flatten my belly pleaze?
 
This is most likely normal because you haven´t taken out your full physical maturity, if you keep training doing excercises with your own bodweight and maybe running and swimming you will find your problem to go away with time, You are too young to be worried about your physique because your body is probably going to take dramatic changes in the next few years. Shape your own healthy lifestyle don´t start drinking or smoking and that makes you a rolemodel for kids at your own age.
 
Some people say that if you suck in your stumach during exercise, or at any time (like walking, or sitting) you'll start seeing results.
though i'm not sure how much of this is true :D
