i am only 13 years old. i am only 5 ft. and weigh 100 pounds. My arms and legs are skinny but my belly dosen't fit the rest of my body. how do i flatten my bellyand tighten my uppers chest?
Do not concentrate on your belly and chest only. If you want to have a well-developed figure you should fully develop it. You are young and your body is growing and developning very quickly now. It will be very useful for you to play football, volleyball and do weight-lifting exercises
Pratice eating healthy also. Nutrition plays a big part of the way you look. Try to stay away from junk food. Trust me, if you get the hang of it now you will alot happier with your apearance later on in life Also, dont be so hard on yourself, Your only 13.
