Hey! So im totally new here, and I just really need some support! Im trying to lose the extra 15kgs I have and I really need some support!

Well dont really know what to say... Just trying to lose 15kgs. Im eating really healthy, small meals and using the treadmill alot. Im starting aerobics class tomorrow. But yeah struggling for motivation!!
 
Thanks, I just hope Im doing things right. Any ideas how long it will take to lose 15kgs, eating really healthy and exercising about an hour and a half a day?

That's an impossible question to answer. There are waaaaay too many variables that prevent anybody from giving you a specific answer to that question - height, weight, age, level of activity, metabolic rate, caloric intake, calories burned through exercise, etc.

My recommendation is to just control the amount of calories you consume and pay attention to the amount of calories you burn through exercise. As long as you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight - which is the ultimate goal. Don't worry about how long it takes you. Whether it takes you 3 months or a year to get to where you want to be...who cares? Just remember - you didn't put on the weight overnight, so don't expect to lose it overnight.
