I need some weight-loss/ fat burning advice..

So I am finally getting back into the swing of lifting after being lazy for 2 years of college. So I've been dieting, and rotating every other day between cardio, and lifting. I am using cyto-gainer as an after-lifting shake, because it has quite a bit of protein, along with the small dose of creatine. But my question is, am I going about this all wrong? I am trying to lose SOME weight. But mainly my goal is to burn fat and gain muscle. So I want to lose fat in my mid-section.. But continue to get bigger and stronger. Should I not be using cyto-gainer while still trying to lose fat and some weight.
Thanks all

Please stop using Cyto grainer. You need to consult a doctor before using Cyto Gainer or any other supplements.

Although Cyto Gainer is formulated to promote muscle gain, you may gain fat while using this product. This is because each serving of Cyto Gainer contains 570 calories.

This amount of calories may put you far beyond your maintenance level of calories, which could result in fat gain, especially if your workouts do not burn many calories.

An hour of intense weight lifting can burn up to 558 calories, so the calorie content in Cyto Gainer may be excessive. So avoid this supplement if possible.

There are also some reported side effects of Cyto gainer. Such as:

• Upset stomach
• Kidney damage
• Liver damage

There are lots of ways to weight lose and burning fat. Please read out couple of my other post regarding these methods.
