I need some advice

i usually eat big portions every 2 hours and i decided to cut out some of the portions like, 2 tea spoons and eat every 3-4 hours but the problem is 3 meal are not enough for me usually at night about an hour or 2 before i fall a sleep i get so hungry and my stomache makes starving noises, :S how can i fix this? i decided (which i dont know if its good or not) to start walking every day i have the thing that counts my steps and decided to go for a fast 3000 steps every day and then increasing them every week what do you think? can you give me some advice? i weight 136 and im 5'1
 
Wow. That seems like a lot of convoluted stuff to say absolutely nothing about what you're eating.

Bottom line .. how many calories are you consuming?

It doesn't matter if you eat every hour, 3x a day, 1x a day ... whatever. It doesn't matter how many tsp you eat at a time. It doesn't matter how many steps you walk.

If you're eating more calories than you're burning, you won't lose weight. So start by figuring out how many calories you eat each day.
