i usually eat big portions every 2 hours and i decided to cut out some of the portions like, 2 tea spoons and eat every 3-4 hours but the problem is 3 meal are not enough for me usually at night about an hour or 2 before i fall a sleep i get so hungry and my stomache makes starving noises, :S how can i fix this? i decided (which i dont know if its good or not) to start walking every day i have the thing that counts my steps and decided to go for a fast 3000 steps every day and then increasing them every week what do you think? can you give me some advice? i weight 136 and im 5'1
