I need some advice pretty sharpish

I have a dilemma i want to build up my muscle and lose my fat just so i look a better than i do now, im 6ft 2 and weigh about 11st 11(2weeks ago) now ive weighed myself and would you know it ive hit the 12 stone marker. ill let you know a bit about me
im 16 i only and i mean only drink clear liquids so water all the time i dont eat crap and i dont smoke or drink alcohol. i have never been motivated to exercise then one day something sparked in the brain and i joined the gym ive been going about 4/5 times per week and im focusing on my arms and legs so i do 4000 metres on the rowing machine then i do 10mins of spinning, then i work my legs with this machine where you push your self back with some extra weight on i can manage 97 3 sets of 12 ,which i consider pretty good and then i do sit ups with 1 leg on my knee and do the same 3 sets but of 5 because it feels like ive been ripped in 2.

but my problem is this weight gain i mean 3lbs in 2 weeks is this right yeah im in the gym for maybe up to 2 hours depending how i feel.
can i have some advice on how to keep the weight down or is it just normal.
also what foods should i be eating??

Weight gain isn't the same as fat gain.

For all you know you gained a half stone of lean muscle...

But unless you post your diet, we can't be sure. Diet drives weight gain/loss, not how many hours you spend in the gym. (2 hours in one session might be a bit much)
