I need some advice on my workout

I just change my workout... I use to do the split routine (I gain a lot of fat thats the reason why i change my routine)Now I,m gonna try the fullbody workout,I need some advice on my workout here it is

mon.,wed, fri
chest
flat and incline bench.

shoulder
shoulder press
side raise and front raise

back
t-bar rows
seated rows

legs
Leg press
standing calf raise

tues and thurs .
abs

All of the exercise I'm gonna do is 2 sets of 6-8 reps.
 
Toss that.

Full Body workout Should be heavy compounds, also need better rep/set then that. What are your goals?
 
My goal is to gain mass and loose fat :) well the reason why i do 6-8 reps is because Im trying to lift heavy weight
 
Using compound workouts gives you overall muscle mass faster and you be burning more calories. For every pound of muscle you get or have, you body will burn a certain amount of calories for that pound of muscle, so the more muscle you get, the more chances you will get to losing fat and building mass. Also, if you want to gain more strength and mass, I suggest you use the pyramid set/ rep scheme when you workout.
