I need motivation

I’ve always been skinny and athletic, but started to comfort eat after a very tough breakup about 2 years ago. I’ve put on 20 pounds , which may not sound like a lot, but for a girl who’s 5’3 it’s quite some weight.
I’ve tried a lot of diets but can’t seem to stick with them.
I don’t know I just need some motivation.
 
I would suggest starting a thread in the diary section, where you will receive a lot of moral support to give you the motivation you need.
 
Well start off buying foods that is low in calories. Remember to drink plenty of water and liquids. Listen to songs to cheer you up,Post on the forum more often,Go swimming,Watch a movie,get lots of sleep.
