I need ideas

I do not have access to a gym, but I do however have a creative mind to help work out. I use cynder blocks by tossing them a few inches from one area to another. I have been inspired to want to get into better shape by watching the biggest loser because of my wonderful girlfriend. Ever since watching the show I have made a goal for myself to go a full month without soda. I think that is one of the reasons why I have gained over 15-20lbs. Now at the time of this post I have gone two full weeks without soda and I feel a lot better. I have tried to eat a little bit healthier and drinking water, v8 fusion and fuse drinks. On my days off I try to go for long walks, so far the most I have walked since keeping track of mileage I have gone 8.66 miles in one shot. I just want to know what else can I do to help lose some of the fat off of me. I want to be in great shape for when I marry to woman of my dreams, if anyone has any ideas please I incourage you to let me know thank you all for your help.

What does your diet look like?
Walking is fun and all but I hope you are pushing yourself as you walk and not just strolling have a stroll through the park.
