i need help

hello people i am new here.First to say it is a great forum.
now i want to get in shape and to bust my strength.I am 6 ' 0.44 (184 cm) and 158,4 lbs(74kg)
so if you could help with my workout plan,nutrition...?i am planning to go to a gym.

I know it's a lot of reading... definitely come back and ask questions. One of the best things that you could do is to start a journal in the journal section... that way we can tweak your plan as you go!
