I need help

Okay can u eat a pb & j REDUCED FAT PEANUT BUTTER and SUGAR FREE JELLY and it be healthy or would it not like with 2 pieces of bread and the peanut butter then the jelly it = up to 14g of fat soo bad or good?? out of all the food i had today i had 815 calories and probably a total of 17g of fat i had wheat crackers for lunch so they added a couple grams of fat but most likely around 17g of fat and 815 calories but ill have more by tonight because im gonna eat cambells chunky soup that has 1.5g of fat and like 60 calories then ill have an apple...So after all that mumble jumble was my day bad or good
 
Your nutritional intake is way off. It would have been better if you would've started off with some oatmeal and threw in some blueberries and a banana and 3-4 eggwhites for breakfast. Had a snack with a quarter cup of walnuts and almonds, mixed that with an apple and some carrots. Then maybe before bed have a cup of cottage cheese with some fish oils.

The jelly is no good for you and you'll want whole grain breads...the kind that looks like there's bark mixed into it. Usually the darker the better. The peanut butter you're using prob has trans fats in it, which is deadly. The apple is about the best thing you're going to have today it seems. And even with 815 calories, those were poor quality calories. It's not simply calories in, calories out, but the quality of the calories that matter.

Oh and you're practically starving yourself.
 
I did the same thing when i started my diet i guess just cause i didnt know that much about it. Like allen told me when i posted on here for the first time, First thing to do is up your calories or your body will go into starvation mode and get fatter. Post your height, Weight and age and if your male or female and im sure one of the guys or gals on here would be glad to recommend how many calories you should eat.
 
i weigh 137 im 5'2 i dont understand how ur saying im starving myself when this morning i had fat free hashbrowns 60 calories for my snack i had a fat free rice cake 60 calories for lunch i had a salad from school with lettuce tomoatoes onions green peppers peas and couple pieces of ham and fat free dressing with 5 packs of crackers the packs of crackers only contained 2 per package so i only had 10 wheat crackers along with an orange then i came home from school and had a peanut butter n jelly sandwich i know that was bad for me then for dinner i had soup but i like took the broth out and just ate the wild rice chicken carrots celery and potatoes out of it with some baked beans they were high in fiber and low in fat and then before bed i had an apple i dont see all this as starving myself???? i thought what i had for dinner was to much for me im afraid if i stuff myself my stomach will like grow bigger. And when u guys see my weight u people will go aww she is skinny im really not i still have a really chubby stomach and my legs just got a lil big smaller but they still look a lil bit big they r just turning into muscle becz i run up hills everyday
 
I think you are really stressing yourself out over all of this for no reason. You're only 15 - this is not a good habit to be getting into. Eat when you're hungry, eat healthy foods, adn don't worry about the rest. You're young, your metabolism is quick, and you won't gain back all the weight you lost.

If you're going to eat PB, eat natural PB - not the over-processed, sugar-loaded reduced fat kind. And instead of having jelly, try a sliced banana - it's a very tasty sandwich.

Please, just stop worrying so much - you're making me worried!! Really, just eat when you're hungry. As long as you're eating healthy foods (oatmeal, 100% whole wheat bread, fruits and veggies, chicken, lean beef, etc.) you'll be fine. And you aren't going to stretch out your stomach unless you gorge yourself on every meal. If you feel too full after a meal, try splitting it up into two meals - an hour apart or so.

Your stats seem good - and we know you're exercising, so you're in good shape. And I'm pretty sure that you're the only person who sees your "chubby stomach", and no one else.
 
even better than 100% whole wheat get the 12-grain bread its loaded with nuts and is so damn tasty on its own(little dry on its own though),

k if you dont eat when your hungry you are going to force your metabolism to slow down. have a huge breakfast your metabolism is fastest in the morning and can handle higher fat foods, it also helps you make it through the day on a few salads. but yeah your 15 dont be counting calories, just eat when you feel hungry have 6 meals a day and eat healthy stuff.

and dont have that porcess crap as spockafina said, get 100% natural peanut butter, the only ingredient should be "peanuts".
