I need help...

Hi everyone,

First time for me on this forum and I am after some advice for an eating and exercise plan.

I am 27 years old, weigh around 100kg and am about 5"11. I am getting out of shape(as you can see in the photo) mainly due to my current lifestyle and I am seeking advice to get myself fit and healthy.

I work night shift 5 times a week from 1am to 7am doing driving work. At the moment all i really do is work, eat, have some beers occasionly and the rare surf i also smoke cigarettes and I am in the process of trying to quit.

I am after a workout and eating plan to help me lose weight and tone up. I dont like going to gyms so I would like to exercise at home. I have an elliptical trainer, total gym(chuck norris thing but no attachments so only good for upper body), dumbells, one of those pull up bars that attach to a door, exercise ball, bull worker, a bike and I like to surf and swim in the ocean.

I really need help so any advice someone can give me to transform my life would be very much appreciate. If anyone has any questions dont hesitate to ask, thanks.
