i need help

ok i decided on taking supplements to gain some muscle im 5'5 123 pounds and i was wondering what should i buy to gain some muscle and to get really tone and strong at the same time, please help me =)
 
supplements themselves wont put muscle on. its a three part process: training, nutrition and recovery. supplements can play a part but wont have any effect unless the basic fundamentals are in place and done properly.

good supplements to look into are a multi-vitamin/mineral, protein powder and some essential fatty acids. :)
 
i been working out almost every day i rep 115pounds 3 sets of 8-10 doing inclines, bench, and decline each and i eat 2 double cheese burger from mcdonals every day for dinner and for lunch i usually eat tuna but unforunately i cant wake up early enough for breakfeast. and im wondering what must i take to get faster results or is it just that i gotta work out harder
 
o yeah and i have gain 8 pounds in 3 weeks i think its fromt he double cheeseburger
