I need help

Ok so i'm new here and had a question. I'm almost 17 and am 6 foot 1, 170 lbs. When i turned 16 i weighed 155, I've been lifting and wanna be like 190. Anyway I've always been really skinny and never had an oz of fat on me, but never could see any abs, but i also didn't work them either. Well now that i've been lifting and drinking protein shakes and what not, i've built up a layer of fat over my abs, and can pinch maybe like 1/2-3/4 of an inch of fat. I do cardio like 4 times a week. What should i do if i want a six pack, I still am aiming to be bigger, not necessarily ripped, cause i still look kinda skinny. Should i still be doing lots of abs to flatten my stomach? I understand you can't see abs if something is covering them, even though they are still there. Can somebody help me?

If you are pretty skinny and still couldn't see your abs, you need to add some mass. Don't worry about the small bit of fat on your stomach, keep eating in a surplus and lifting heavy to add lean muscle. Squats, deadlifts, lunges, rows, presses, dips, pullups...these compounds should be your staple. Any extra ab work is fine, but put all your focus into heavy compound lifts. Once you put on some muscle pounds, you can cut off the fat you've gained and re-evaluate how you feel/look.
