i need help

hey guys it's been a while since i been on here so please forgive me if i dont know what imma talking about. Heres my problem about 2 years ago when i was 13, my whole heart was into geting in shape. and i was but then a year later i just got real cought up in a whole bunch of crap that a completley stoped. I was about 130 lbs 12%bf and now i just turned 15 and i'm about 155 lbs 22%bf and i feel like crap i really wanna start getin back in shape so whats the best way to go. i already sighed up for a gym so im gonna start hiting the weights again, so whats a good routein to start off and a good deit plan so please help thanks alot.
 
a 3 day a week fullbody routine, do some cardio, prefferably HIIT on off days (search hiit in the forum search function if you dont know what it is) and DIET is key if you want to loose fat.
