I need help

Hi everyone i am new to this and i would like any kind of support or tips you can give to me. I work in Real Estate so i am at a desk all day i love my zumba so i try and do that everyday but i just dont seem to be loosing wieght i am 27, 80kgs, all my weight is in my belly where i want to get rid of it from, any hints on what i can do?

Tourny is right - but other than that we don't know much about you to conclude that.


What I do suggest is to do more than Zumba. Go out and run more often - DRINK more water and AVOID all those nasty foods. Theres always something going on when you hit a plateau and chances are - YOU need to up it a notch.
